Shipping policy

At House of Sonali, we deliver worldwide to most postal addresses. However, currently we are unable to ship to Algeria, Russia, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. Please note that courier companies cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you to provide a full street address with a correct pin/zip code.

For certain countries, including the USA, residential shipments may be left at the doorstep if no one is available to receive them. In such cases, our courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, TNT, Speed Post, etc.) may not be able to provide a delivery signature. To avoid disputes, we suggest ensuring someone is available at the delivery address at the time of shipment.

Delivery Days

  • Deliveries are usually made during normal business hours, which may vary by country.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. In Islamic countries, Fridays may also be non-working days.
  • During festivals, courier companies may observe additional holidays.
    We may sometimes arrange Saturday deliveries at an extra cost (case-to-case basis).

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges depend on the weight of the products and the delivery location. Larger orders usually benefit from reduced shipping rates.

Within India: Free shipping.

International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of the order.

Shipment & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment details, including a tracking number and the courier’s website link. Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking details to become active.

Address Change Requests

If you need to change your delivery address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@houseofsonali.com

Express Shipping

We also offer an Express Section for selected ready-to-ship products. These orders are delivered within 7–8 working days once payment is cleared. If customization is required, please allow an additional 3–4 days.

Delays in Dispatch

Delivery times mentioned on our website are approximate. Sometimes, unforeseen delays may occur due to stock availability or external factors. In such cases, we will inform you via email. Refunds are not issued for shipping delays, but we may offer store credits, free gifts, or partial refunds for unfulfilled items on a case-to-case basis.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs are the buyer’s responsibility. These are not included in our product or shipping costs. The courier may also charge additional handling fees depending on local regulations.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will wait 15 days and then reprocess or reship your order.
