Domestic Orders (India)

Exchange

If the product doesn’t fit or you wish to exchange it for a different size or style you can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery
The item must be in resalable condition meaning unused unwashed with original tags intact and in its original packaging
Custom stitched or made to measure items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect

To initiate an exchange
1 Enter your order number and registered email or contact number on our Return or Exchange Portal available on the website or Contact Us Directly.
2 Select the item you want to exchange and mention the new size or style
3 Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and share further instructions

Once your request is approved we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
The exchanged item will be shipped once we receive the original item and verify its condition
If the requested item is unavailable we will issue House of Sonali Store Credit or offer an alternative

Return and Refund or Store Credit

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order using the same Return or Exchange Portal
After we receive and inspect the returned product we will issue store credit equivalent to the product value
Store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue
Shipping charges and handling fees are non refundable
Return or exchange requests can be raised only once per order

Unserviceable Pin Codes

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area you will need to self ship the parcel to our return address using a reliable courier
Share the tracking details and courier receipt with our team
Once received and verified we will reimburse courier charges up to a specified limit
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit so please ensure the courier provides a tracking ID

International Orders

For international orders, returns exchanges and refunds are not accepted once the order is confirmed
Please double check the size color and product details before placing your order
For any issue our support team will assist you on a case by case basis
